I am almost always a positive person but today I am scared. I will vent here unashamedly looking for prayer and support, encouraging words and and even some..” I’ve - had -that - and  

 Im -ok -  now” stories. My MRI on Monday came out less than favorable.

At the c2/c3 vertebrae and disc i have partial fusion, posterior disc protrusion, central stenosis, an significant neural foraminal stenosis which basically means it is curving the opposite way than it should,is degenerating and herniating and the space that runs through my spine all the way down thru to c6 is narrowing from arthritis.

Impression:

 degenerative changes resulting in mass effect upon the
cord at the c4/c5,c5/c6 levels in addition to neural foraminal narrowing as above.

I have chronic neck pain and much weakness in my right arm. The pain is  severe. I have learned how to smile thought much of it but it is getting much more difficult with the chronic pain, whiplash and headaches. Weakness and dizziness are now a part of my every day routine as well.  

On a little more of a scary note the radiologist put a post script on my mri report saying he found scattered lymph nodes  where they did not belong in my neck, some prominent in size in my oropharyngeal lymphoid tissue bilaterally and i need to get it checked right away. I got for that ball rolling today.I’ve had the same doc for 32 years and that is the most serious and concerned i have ever seen him. So Ill keep y‘all posted!

• Many prayers, Ree..you are not alone, trust me...I am dealing with osteoarthritis all through my spine which exacerbates the pain through my muscles and then triggers the Fibro...but I deal.
